"Wonderful hotel. Large and in good location. First room had a couple of issues (non-working mini fridge, heat not on, and bathroom maintenance needed) however; we spoke with the reception and were able to be moved. Elevator gets very busy during rush times so if you’re in a hurry to get down you may have to wait quite a bit. "

Toiletries fully stocked and pretty decent products, crabtree and evelyn. No hotel robes or slippers offered. Beds were quite comfortable. Most of the staff were pleasant from front desk to concierge and cabu restaurant waitresses."
