"Nice hotel in a good location in Mangga Dua. The hotel is looking a little dated but actually there was renovation work going on. The price was good and included an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and incredibly friendly! "

"Hotel is dated but clean and staff are friendly and approachable. Unfortunately there are lots of mosquitoes especially at the lobby area and guest receptions area. These are in the hotel and not outside. Best to eliminate this at its their first impressions when we come in and where guests sit around at the lounge cafe enjoying pastries and coffee. Can't stay long with all the mosquitoes. "

"Upper floors of shopping mall building in interesting part of the city. Friendly helpful staff, especially at reception and at breakfast. Big windows in room for view over city. Comfortable bed, good wifi, good shower. Breakfast was good here, lots of choice and efficient staff. "

"The price was great, but the problems outweighed the cheap price! No English TV channels, the air conditioning was either all on or off! There’s a loudspeaker right outside the room’s window which blasts chants and prayers starting at 3:30-4:00 am! My newly met Indonesian friends came to pick me up and just seeing the lobby and the people coming in and out decided to have me stay w/ them instead of at this hotel; so I only stayed 2 of the 7 nights paid for......"

"The room was dirty, no hot water, i mean no water (only nud available...) the area is noisy. Staf was ok but The restaurant on ground floor was ok as well We left before sleeping the, no refund possible (we lost 3 nights price) Fortunatly it is a cheap place "
