"Service is impeccable, check in and out were seamless. Breakfast is wholesome with great variation to fuel the day. Hotel is strategically located, short walk to Lotte Mall and there's a mart opposite. Like the design where air con is individually set up in every room. Will return again. "

"Got a room with good view to the surroundings area. It has a good size of bathroom. Bed is King just what we like. Staffs are lovely. The Swimming pool is big, relaxing with great views. Will definitely be back here. "

"Liked the junior suite size and hotel location Disliked old dated and tired look of the place. Aircon in one of the rooms was not working, tv control was not working, very noisy. At most 3 start hotel"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is very new and modern and beautiful. The service is outstanding. The swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge, steam room and sauna were so amazing to spend a couple hours relaxing. Meals were delicious. And the airport shuttle was so prompt, I was immediately contacted upon arrival at the airport. This hotel is very organized!I will definitely return. "
