"The last time I came there to stay, I had an unpleasant experience. The Aircon was not working well, even after the technician came to repair. Food was mis-labelled as chicken when it was beef. The receptionist was cold and unhelpful. This time when i stayed. Your receptionist by the name Maria, made my day and it was very pleasant experience. The guy who was managing the breakfast at the 2nd floor at 6.00am is absolutely hardworking and able to multi task ex: clearing the tables, cleaning and rearranging the chairs and tables and checking the guest names of their rooms. The doormans attitude and keep opening doors for each and everyone. Well done. Please let them know, I appreciate their hardwork and for a pleasant stay. "
