"My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here. Very short walk down the lane to the beach. People were so friendly and it felt safe. This location was close to my Ventura family. Little scary for us when the fires started in Ventura but there was a quick response to put them out.Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. LOVED the candy jar-we love Smartees.We could have walked to a few stores but didn’t need to. I do recommend this property. "

"There were 3 of us. We had such easy access to all things Santa Barbara had to offer. We 3 ladies felt safe enough to walk alone from the beach through the neighborhood without any problem. The property had everything we needed.needanquestions "

"The title pretty sums it up. It is a great property and we had a fun time and enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were that the bed is not very comfortable, and also the sound proofing is not very good so unless you have a fan on or something you'll be able to hear traffic and trains throughout the night. "We weee visiting some family in the area and found this wonderful property. It’s a guest house with its own private entry, public space, etc. Roland had everything ready for our arrival and the property was beautiful! We had 3 kids (ages 7-12) and 2 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The property had a few nice amenities we made use of— a coffee maker with pods, washer/dryer with pods.
