"This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value."

"The grounds are perfect. Better than pictures. So the ambience scores high. I thought location was great...easy to walk to the yoga studio, dinner, drinks...or bike (provided) and it's right next to a bike path. My only hesitation was that I was allergic to the bedroom area in my trailer so I think someone had pets in there before and maybe the pillows or bed decor at the foot may have had pet hair in it."

This was our 2nd visit and before our stay, Tina asked if we were celebrating anything so I mentioned that we were visiting Oxnard because my son wanted to go fishing for his 13th birthday. My daughter was also celebrating her 8th birthday as well. She asked me to send her a photo of them and when we arrived, they had a special birthday set up on the dining table. It was a framed photo, birthday button, and a special message written...
