"Great service and great location! The staff were always helpful. We traveled with our 1 year old and had a lot of luggage. The hotel staff received our luggage via shipping prior to our arrival since we were traveling through different cities before arriving in Sapporo. The room was clean and had a beautiful view over the city. "

"Wonderful Stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori I had an excellent stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home—especially as travelers from Hawaii. Their hospitality went above and beyond, allowing us to stay in the lobby until our airport shuttle arrived and even keeping an eye on our bags while we explored the city before check-in. The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to Tokyo hotels), and in a prime location—just a short walk from Odori Park and plenty of great shopping and dining options. The only thing I would have liked was a slightly softer bed, but overall, the comfort, convenience, and warm service made for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapporo! "
