"Property is very well maintained and located right on the park with a great view on all sides. Front desk is staffed 24 hours and was extremely friendly. It's a short walk to the Odori train station and a slightly longer walk to shopping, restaurants and nightlife (Ramen Alley). Far enough away that it's quiet but close enough that no taxi was needed although we did taxi from Sapporo station to the hotel with luggage. It's right on the bus loop for access to the Ropeway. Lawsons and 7-11 on either side within a block."

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city. "
