"Very quick and kind service when checked in. They showed us to our rooms and offered to help with our bags. Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. "A nice stay in this property for our first time in Sapporo. Odori Park is right across the road and it was magical in the winter snow. The room was of a good size, though the property seem a bit on the old side. Staff were less friendly compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in during this long winter holiday trip. Not rude but more… clinical. Easy access to subway and buses, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. Overall not too bad of a stay."

"Very good hotel if you are in Sapporo for a few nights. We stayed in a king room with no view and it was small for 2 adults and a toddler and luggage. But for 2 nights it was manageable. Breakfast was good but offering was the same throughout the stay. Onsen is good and clean. Location is really good. Front desk staff speak little english that helped us sort things out and they were very helpful. Overall i would return for a short stay. "
