"This was such a gem of a place! The view was absolutely amazing - you could see down the valley, and then all the way to the ocean. The room was clean and spacious, with floor to ceiling windows on three sides. It's such a quiet area and I was happy that we were up high (even though the hills are steep!) rather than in the center of town, which seemed very busy, with lots of hotels and restaurants and stores packed in tightly. "There was no communication between staff and guest because the staff "acted" like they couldnt speak english and when i used a spanish app they acted like they had no clue until they needed my money then suddenly they understood what i said and english.
