"The condo was clean and looked exactly as listed! It was well located and was perfect for seeing stuff on the west side of Lake Arenal. However the air conditioning and WIFI did not work. We reached out to the host and the property office via email and no one responded. Not having WiFi made it very difficult to make plans and figure out where things were. May consider staying here again but only if those issues are corrected. "
