"Nice hotel. Our room faced the main street that the hotel entrance was on, so it was a bit noisy due to tourist traffic. They do have rooms facing the courtyard so there are options if noise is an issue. The staff was super nice especially the kitchen staff. Rooms were clean, as were the hallways. Location is 5 min walk to the Duomo, with many restaurant options in the area. We were there in March so can’t attest to air conditioning effectiveness. Heat worked great though! "

"The location is extremely convenient - close, but not too close, to the train station and walkable to a major sites in Florence. This was my second stay here and it lived up to expectations. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "
