Alessandro at the front desk was so incredibly helpful by providing information regarding the (very close) location of the tram and which stop to get off at (San Marco Square) to visit all of historic Florence by foot. "Very close to the airport for an early morning flight- 5 minute taxi drive and the hotel will arrange a taxi. Just give them a time. Rooms are neat and clean, bathroom is great. Good restaurants in walking distance. "
