Our granddaughters spent hours in the pool and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the cardinals, since we don’t have them in Wyoming, and the deer who walked through the backyard every morning. The 90 degree temperatures threw us a bit. We didn’t expect that as we still have snow at home. "

BUT the broken toilet seats in all three bathrooms that when you sit they move back and forth, so when you sit you feel like your going to fall off. Not good for a 91 and 93 year olds. My parent bathroom was filthy (they own a beach rental for 32 years that I have helped with throught the years, we were shocked this place was even rented out in its condition) Vents were covered in dust, mold in the fridge and hair in the bathtub beer bottle caps...
