"I had booked two different room reservations that were back to back: the first was 2 nights for business, and my husband then joined me for the next 2 nights so we could spend a long weekend in San Antonio. When I checked in, I asked if I could stay in the same room for all 4 nights and Amanda said she could do that and then upgraded my room to a suite, and it was lovely. The complimentary breakfast buffet and complimentary cocktails and snacks add such a wonderful and thoughtful value to your room rates. My stay at your hotel was one of the best hotel stays/vacations I have had in a long time! It seems as though exceptional service, comfort, and affordability is rare these days. Your hotel far exceeded my expectations. Your staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Thank you for an amazing, I-didn't-want-to-leave stay!"
