"This was my 3rd time at the resort and my wife's 4th time visiting the property. I decided to upgrade us to the (,seven) area of the hotel. February is a busy month, our anniversary, my wife's birthday,and Valentine's Day. I wanted us to have a special weekend. That all changed when we exited the 7th floor and the elevator doors opened up we were bombarded with construction going on. "Was a great stay, the construction was a little inconvenient getting in and out. It is a pet friendly hotel, we unfortunately had a pet in the next room that barked continuously. He had been left alone. Staff were quick to change our room. The rest of the evening was comfortable and quiet. Great breakfast. Staff gets A "

"Stayed here back in Dec 2024. One of the main elevators still not working. Should be an absolute priority having 7 floors."

"The building is old and you can notice it. Only 2 elevators out of 5 were working. The room carpet didn't smell good. Beside that it's a good place to stay."
