First room they gave us had defective locks. The doors don't actually lock when closed. The dead bolts got jammed when we try to lock it with the dead bolt and it locked us i side the room. Had to call the front desk and they were aware of the issue and told us to try to jiggle the dead bolt to release it. Took me 20 minutes to get the dead bolt released so we could leave the room. What happened if there was a fire or simply didn't know the dead bolt was jammed until the morning? Would have caused us to miss our interview. Second room they assigned the dead bolt didn't work either, but at least the door locks when closed. Horrible hotel. Would never recommend this to anyone.
It was centrally located to where I needed to be. Stayed 7 days. The staff was friendly, property was clean. Decent breakfast (just lacking fruit) every morning.
The Fairfield is close to a number of medical facilities making it a great choice to stay at. Check in was done extremely fast and desk clerk wore a smile which is contagious. Friendly and fast!

We booked a week for an employee, but needed to cut the stay short one night due to a conflict. Called to speak to the front desk and the member of staff i spoke to could not have been more rude. She would not stop repeating the same phrase "i cannot make this decision, i have to speak to the manager" and when I asked her "why won't you let me speak? I just want to explain our situation so you can let the manager know" she hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I called back. Thankfully the issue was resolved and that is why I am not giving it a one star review, but we will definitely not be staying here again unfortunately.
