"The fact that even though are family booked separately they were eligible to put us all together to make it convenient. For all of us to be on same floor & close by. The hospitality from front desk to housekeeping was so welcoming"

"The only problem we had was the fact that there were only 2 elevators and one was out of service. This caused delays with everyone trying to use the only working elevator. At one point, the only working elevator was also down so we had to go up and the stairs to the fifth floor. "
