Even when they had a technical issue in their speakeasy, they quickly recommended something directly across the street that was fabulous! They are always accommodating. It was a freezing weekend but the rooms were perfectly heated "

"I always enjoy staying at the Elms. I noticed where we stayed was extremely loud. You could hear every door shut and every conversation as people walked down the hall from inside the room. We lost water pressure on all three mornings. No water was coming out of the faucet or out of the shower. "

"Good hotel to stay at in downtown next to crown center. Very crowded due to the nfl playoff game, but to be expected. Food and drinks are very expensive, and the food choices are all a lot of gluten free and vegan weird stuff, but overall a good stay. "

"Convenient location and staffs are friendly and helpful, great city view from 30th floor. Room was clean but the facility is not new. Water pressure is not as high as I experienced in others, the sink was a little bit clogged first day and was fixed later."
