This hotel was amazing! It's a historic property that is very interesting. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The rooms and bedding are so soft and comfortable. The bathroom could have used a deep clean but otherwise it was surface level clean with new hygiene products. This hotel is in a perfect place for walking to all of the great places in the Power and Light District. Enjoy!

Stayed here for our first wedding anniversary. Had a great time. The location was great for getting around downtown and checking out all the other places we wanted to go. The hotel was clean, quiet, had really good options for food and drink. The speakeasy was fabulous. Great jazz and delicious drinks. The restaurant was very good, room service was easy and quick. We loved the ambiance and decor. The old school vibe was great and very inviting. Staff was friendly and attentive. Vanity at the front desk made us feel at home immediately.

Picked this location due to the convenience from everything around it, which can as I learned affect the price over the quality where you stay. Picked it over CrossRoads, but should’ve spent the same for my stay and just walked an extra 5 minutes. Staff was amazing, location was amazing, room was the size of a jail cell, bathroom doors had a 1/2 inch gap when closing them which made it uncomfortable if you needed to take care of business, trim piece was pulled away from the wall (which I alerted the desk for future charges), everything was covered in dust, sheets had stains on them, and the two glasses provided for the whiskey they hope you purchase for $40 looked as they have been used and put back without being cleaned properly. Keep the staff, revamp the building or adjust prices to a Motel 6.
