Very nice area, the lobby is gorgeous, they have a self checkout for the convenient area, didn’t get a chance to try the coffee pastry area but was excited about that. However for how much we paid for a one night stay there was a stain on the carpet (wasn’t sure what it was) and the bathroom door knob seemed to be broken. Other then that everything seemed nice.

This is our favorite place to stay in KC. Right on the Plaza close to so much shopping and dining. We wanted to stay the weekend but a ferocious winter storm made us leave a day early. We are hoping Expedia will give us a credit.

Our room was right next to the elevator though, we heard it going up and down literally the entire night and it is not quiet. We were in town for my daughters cheer competition so we really did not get a good nights rest because of this.
