"Good price, professional customer service. Downside: 10:30 am wakeup call that I didnt ask for. Floor hadnt been mopped because a sticky substance (like dried up juice) was in the doorway and by the bathroom door and the final flaw was the one dead beetle behind the mattress and the one on the floor. BUT it was not a bedbug. So it was a minor creep out. Overall, the room served its purpose. "

"It worked out well for us We noticed a couple of maintenance issues. The door latches on both of our rooms would stick making it hard to lock the door each time you opened it. It seemed like only one elevator was working."
