There was a security officer stationed in the parking area that checked incoming visitors and watched over the vehicles, which provided some peace of mind as well."

"This is one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed at and will definitely stay again when I’m Houston. The rooftop pool with Texas lazy river is definitely an experience. Day passes to the pool itself are typically $70 so when you factor that in, booking the room for a night or two is a great deal. The rooms were definitely luxury, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. This is a must if in Houston."
