Stayed two nights in October in twin double bed room - It was a massive room! All nice and new. Staff were friendly and there is a decent breakfast downstairs. Short walk to places to eat.

Excellent customer service. Pretty good breakfast options as well. awesome has sbux and bar inside! TV had issues connecting to the cable/coax wired service the second day was the only issue, but used the awesome chromecast to cast footbal so not a big deal. I'd definitely stay again if i'm ever in houston DT.

Nice hotel, easy access to downtown, comfortable room and bed with blackout curtains which was great. I would recommend the exterior windows have a wash as the glass was very dirty which obscured the view. Coffee machine in room didnt work, however overall a comfortable stay.

Azur and Nay were amazing. They were very helpful. Azur went the extra mile To make sure we were accommodated and comfortable. He had an amazing presence and energy. May remembered me from questions I asked her on the phone when I checked in. That says alot about the attention to detail. Great stay. Room was very clean. Only issue we had was the hallway by the ice machine smelled like urine. Other than that I give the stay 5 stars!

The hotel was nice and had alot of good restaurants in walking distance. Parking in the area was lkind of expensive. A few things that i didn't like was it didn't have a safe. The bathroom door didn't close all the way or lock. This is an issue depending on who you sharing a room with. Plus, hate how the toilet seat would fall back down when putting it up.
