"I checked in on Monday, 12/23 and noticed my room door didn't shut completely. Had to report it 3 times before it was addressed on 12/26. Couldn't fix it so I was moved to room next door which was fine. I know it was Christmas but there was no communication from the hotel to me until I talked to the manager, who was very nice. Everything else was great."

"We stay here because it is pet friendly and comfortable...however, not impressed with the breakfast. Waffles good but everything else mediocre. I had the oatmeal which was fine but topping were mostly out, brown sugar seemed old and dry had to scrape it."
