"We loved the property and the carriage house. Our kids rode the paved bike trail next to the house. Loved seeing cows out the back window, and we could not smell them. The proximity to the Monument is a huge plus, and we enjoyed downtown Fruita which was only a few minutes away"

"This is such a beautiful property! Trees, pool, courts and many activities for families. I am going to bring this up as a great place for our large family to stay next summer."

"This was a great hotel. It has a huge, beautiful lobby area with eating options and a bar. The room is spacious with lots of lighting, charging areas, and places for luggage. The only thing we didn’t like was the sink was outside the shower/toilet area so was disturbing to someone still trying to sleep. The sink was also very small. Otherwise it is a nice hotel. "
