"The hotel staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond to make the family comfortable. We had requested a connected room and were told we were going to get a connected room, but I think there was a misunderstanding, and the front desk was very friendly about not being able to Give this to us and delivered champagne which we were not gonna use but also give us $100 credit and food and beverage. Our rooms were right next to each other, though. Aside from that the hotel stay was wonderful."

"We had a great room spacious and well decorated - but there were quite a lot of things that were broken. We had to get the kitchen faucet fixed, the automated blinds weren’t working, candles weren’t working (batteries may be). Some kitchen cabinets needed repairs. Mattresses were tempurpedic but super firm. The biggest problems we had was that there is no breakfast at the hotel, only coffee. And there isn’t even a vending machine inside. There is a van that takes you to Lionshead until 4:30 or...
