"we arrived, just before closing, to find out someone else was in our room.....had we arrived 5 minutes later, we would have been totally screwed...office closed, someone in our room....not very good VRBO/Vail.....otherwise all was fine."

Property manager (I believe her name was Patricia), was very attentive and giving everyone on the property full support within the limitations caused by the event. She stayed at the property until she got things resolved or on the way to be resolved. "
