"The lobby smelled strongly of smoke due to the smoking room nearby, and that's never a good sign. The rooms were fine and breakfast was average. No AC, but there were fans which we used. Would choose a different hotel next time."

"Even though it was cool outside, the room was not cooled down during the night as we couldn’t leave the balcony door open due to a lot of mosquitoes and bugs. Wish there were fans in the room! "I enjoyed my stay here. The views are amazing and I especially enjoyed waking up to a beautiful sunrise. At night I was able to see a few meteors pass overhead. The shower had incredible pressure and I thought the drain would back-up, but incredibly all the water drained instantly. The bed was firm and super comfortable. The place was very quiet and I slept well. Also had a tasty salad. The service was great, but I wish there was 24hour staff. It's not a luxury hotel and my room didn't...

"It is nice. Staff tried to be helpful. No WiFi in 2 rooms, we switch 2 room bevor we get one with constant WiFi. One rooms TV was broken, nobody tell us that, we figured it out after we moved in. Restaurant are fine, pricy like everything in Switzerland. Stuff was not really nice, kinder neglecting us, probably because we were with small children. Not bad, but for this price schuld have been much better…"

"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The area around the hotel is lovely with easy access to the train station and hiking trails. Breakfast is very good. The only small downside is the lack of an onsite restaurant in the evening, although there is plenty in the area."
