"We love our stay at the hotel within the French border (travel with friends and family). t is few minutes walk to the tram stop that enable us to discover different parts of Switzerland. We love that there's a kitchen that we can cook food (with cutleries,plates,pots and pan) to help us save money (prices of food and everything are so high). The room is large for the party of 4. "The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure.
