"This hotel is located in very convenient location and all the hotel staffs are amazing. Stayed at family room with balcony. Love listening to hourly bells from balcony was quite a memory from the hotel. After we left, we got a message from hotel that they found out lost property and now it’s on its way back to Australian home. "Arrived early at 8am due to an early flight and were able to drop our bags but not check in until 2. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms run warm so you may want to crack a wimdow. Overall great stay!"
