"Property is about 15 min walk from Zurich HB. But just off the main road so easy to navigate, has shops close by and lots of trams go past so easy to travel round Zurich. The area was clean and safe. The staff were wonderful, the room was large with large bathrooms. And the breakfast was lovely! Would stay here again!!"

"This is a commendable business hotel. Guest rooms are clean, though somewhat compact. While breakfast offers a satisfactory selection, a wider variety, including more hot options, would be expected of a four-star establishment. The staff, however, provides excellent and attentive service."

"Excellent place to stay overnight prior to morning transatlantic flight home. Safe comfortable bed McDonald’s available next door for food. Must’ve made even McDonald’s is pricey for food in Switzerland. Convenient shuttle picks you up at the airport after coming in by train and drops you off at the airport the next morning for your flight. "

"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure.
