"The suite was new and very clean. Toilet was very small, and the towel heating rack was not working. Room temperature cannot be warmer in winter as there is no heating. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing. The restaurant staff must be commended: Fabio, Nabli & Sebastion at the egg station."

"Although the hotel is advertised as having AC in the rooms, which is something not so common on European hotels, and the room did indeed have AC, it was not as cool as it should have been and was informed by the attendant on the Lobby to just open the small window slot to help with cooling the room. We requested a fan, and it was quickly provided, but it was a small little fan that although it helped with some of the cooling of the room, it did not have a meaningful impact. Overall, the hotel...
