"The property is nice, clean and if you happen to stay in a penthouse, the views and the hot tub are an added bonus. However, I would not rank it as a 5 star resort. It is a self catering resort and lacks amenities that you would find in a hotel such as service and dining with limited reception hours. Overall okay but perhaps would stay elsewhere next time to get a personal service."

"We only had an overnight stay but we’re very pleased with the Pullman Reef. The staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful when I need a shoe repair (Crazy glue to the rescue!). The room was spacious and clean. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. "
