"The rooms were very well situated on the beach. Most staff seemed fairly indifferent and I would have expected much better for the price point. Two examples. First, no one ever followed up to my email asking for tours after a week. When I called and waited 20 mins on hold, the response was “we haven’t gotten to it”. When we needed help with a dinner reservation, the staff never followed up at all. Good, but expected better for the price. "

The views are spectacular & the ocean is even better! We find the staff to be engaging, enthusiastic, and very friendly. "The bed was creaking all the time. The breakfast was a little disappointing. They don’t service your room until you stay three nights. Having to go to reception to ask for more linen and supplies. "
