"Loved our stay here. It’s perfectly located to walk to the center of town and the train and launching points for other activities! The staff were lovely including the sweet driver. We arrived early and so waited for our room in the lounge. Staff provided tea and the wait was pleasant. However, at the changing of shifts it seems the next shift didn’t know we had arrived and were waiting so I reduced a star for that. "Amazing hotel for a ski resort. Room was beautifully fitted out with a stunning view of the resort and valley. It is right at the top of the resort, but only 10 mins walk to the main group of bars, and there is a ski in and out option. Plus free transfer available around the resort. Breakfast options were huge to start the day. The bar was cosy and the terrace had a lovely view and sunshine. Spa was impressive but often busy.
