"2nd Stay at Lotus Blanc this year. Very easy to stay here and get up to the 3 Valleys Ski resort the next morning missing all the Traffic. Electric Charging for Cars would be a good addition as many of Charging point in Albertville were busy."

"The concept is novel and well executed. We were staying as part of a cycling tour down the Via Rhona, for which the location is perfect, with bespoke secure bike storage. The town is beautiful with lots of great restaurants, but I suggest you book ahead of time as they all get busy. The one big challenge we had was checking in. Premiere Classe Lyon Centre - Gare Part Dieu

"Very modern hotel located very close to the main rail station. Very quiet rooms and rather large for europe in general. Staff were super helpful. The only downside, and I wouldnt say its a negative for the hotel itself, is the lack of restaurants near it, especially ones that offer breakfast compared to "La confluance" etc. But that justs more incentive to explore the city! The offered breakfast is worth the convenience and price though. "

"The Fourviere is a staggeringly lovely hotel in a beautifully renovated period property. Our room had a great view of the Cathederal and was easy walking distance from both funiculars. The breakfast was very good and offered lots of options to suit my dairy intolerance. The indoor spa and outdoor heated pool were very relaxing. "

Outstanding staff

"Check in is on floor 32. We were greeted by wonderful knowledgeable staff and our room was on the 37th floor. The room was a great size and absolutely spotless. The bathroom was perfect with everything you need. The hotel is in a good position for shopping, however transport is difficult due to the construction works. If I have one negative then it's the heat in the room which is far too hot. We will definitely be back that's for sure. "
