"It seems like they're in the process of renovating, which is good. A few signs of wear, like older tv's with some issues. Still, the price is right for the level of comfort and service. And it was nice and quiet for a decently busy Friday downtown. Halle building parking across the street is fine, cheaper than valet even if there's a Playhouse Square/arena event going on. "
