Couch in room is very cheap and uncomfortable. My wife and I couldn’t relax sitting to watch tv.
Great stay as usual. But you need to figure out how to avoid the tvs in your rooms getting constant notifications from other people's phones trying to connect to tvs in other rooms.... in our case it was Stephanie.... Incredibly annoying
Apparently they had just cleaned all the carpets, I had an issue with the smell. They let me change the time-frame of my stay and were very accomadating. Also I had booked for Christmas which generally there isn't as much to do there. Very nice staff, very quiet around surrounding area.
Property and stay were great. Comfy bedding, huge rooms were very clean and excellent condition. Breakfast excellent with homemade cinnamon rolls that were delicious! Only downside was check-in fellow was barely courteous and didn’t seem to want to be bothered or care to say hello/welcome/enjoy your stay, etc. Everyone else and everything else was excellent!
We have stayed at this property many times. Everything is squeaky clean. The breakfasts are always good with a variety of food options. We enjoy being able to have a short walk to Walnut Creek bulk food store, Boyd Wurthmann restaurant and the huge antique barn.
More Handicap Parking near front entrance. I came back from a concert at 9PM and had to park at the far end of the hotel by the conference Center when I was in Room 345. It made it quite a hike for someone who has difficulty walking long distances with a walker. Other than that was one of the best hotels I stayed in Berlin.
