"The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard....

"The room was a little dated, but clean John at the bar was a bit undesirable. Left us to feel like we were inconveniencing him by being there. It was the Pittsburgh Steelers Browns game so they were busy, but he was not happy to be there."

"We needed a place just to stay the night. Got in late after driving through a bear blizzard. The receptionist was very welcoming and informative. The room was big and extremely clean. Would stay here again."
