"It’s very nice the food was excellent "

"The rooms did not provide sound resistance. When people were walking and talking in the hallways-I could hear everything they said. They gave me an adjoining room. The man on the other side was on his phone. He was in an argument with his spouse. He was yelling and hitting something. I didn’t feel safe. I asked for a different room. The staff happily accommodated. All the staff was friendly-except one man. (Manager apparently) someone smoke alarm was going off in a room down the hall. Non stop....

"This hotel is a bit out-dated, but has everything you need. Also very convenient and right near SAT for flights. "

"Everything was great except the fact that hotel guests need to pay for parking. Very unfortunate! supposedly is a city ordinance. Unfortunately we will not be staying around the city of San Antonio again we will look for a hotel in the surrounding areas. "
