"I liked how close it was to the airport, I wasn’t a big fan of having to pay to park there but it wasn’t expensive. The staff was very friendly! The pool was very tiny but there wasn’t anyone using it when we were there so it wasn’t bad! "

"My bathroom tub had human hair in it, the fan was very noisy, My bed was comfortable, My over all experience at the hotel was good, the elevator showed sign of disruption it closed on me, I’m disabled and the doors closed before I could enter on the elevator, several times.The building is showing sign of its age, the interior is very nice, the staff was friendly and I enjoyed my short stay, But there is room for improvement on the Hotels, The equipment for Handicap was none exiting. Oldie but Goodie

"The Drury Plaza is an old establishment in San Antonio. The room is dated but very spacious and clean. No qualms staying here again if we’re ever in the San Antonio area. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The room was nice; it’s a good location with a lot to do in the shopping center. There was no hot water, I notified the front desk, they said they’d reset the water heater. I attempted 3 times to shower and had to jump out everytime because the water was too cold. "
