"I chose this hotel for the indoor pool in the winter to lap swim even with so many bad reviews- but hotel was really good. Room clean, big, bed great, everything I needed. Free breakfast had the waffle maker and typical USA processed food. My bag was delayed. I told the night staff that they might deliver it while I was out. Returning late, the lady was at the entrance to make sure I saw her so she could give me my bag- so that was extra service. That was very nice. It is an airport hotel, so...

"Where hotels go to die. Checked in (office help very nice), it was 100deg & when I got 1/2 my luggage in I sat down to try the tv. Both the tvs didn't work. Got another room & the door card (2) didn't work, was told they had problems with batteries in lock. Finally got a 3rd room, nice enough, but the bathroom door was falling off."

"Older hotel needs a bit of an upgrade, the mattress wasn't the most comfortable and I was told that they will service your room every day (trash discarded and bed made) unless you request otherwise. Stayed 3 nights and was only serviced once. Great staff that work there and the complimentary drinks and meals are a big plus."
