"The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. "

"Perfectly situated house with activities and equipment for all. Pontoon boat available (extra), but so much fun. Mallets bay is somewhat sheltered from the main lake so the waves were smaller when the wind picked up. Plenty of rooms and beds for a family of 4 couples and 3 grand kids and dog friendly. "Peaceful cabin on the lake- absolutely beautiful views and relaxing scenery. Sunrise over the lake was amazing. The house was adorable- the kids absolutely loved the spiral staircase! Communication with renters was easy and immediate. You aren’t really able to take long showers- but we were warned about that beforehand. I would absolutely Recommend this location to anyone! "

"Was such a great stay. The first overnight stay for my puppy and he loved it too. Was a beautiful sunset across Lake Champlain. Watching the sun hit the lake from behind in the morning with coffee from the deck is something that is hard to forget. "

"This was a very convenient location to have beautiful lake views and a quick drive to Burlington. Only complaint is conflicting info about whether or not pets were welcome. Online listing said no but when we arrived a sign said pets were welcome so that was frustrating as we had to arrange care for our pets while we were away. Since we spent a good deal of our time at the home we would’ve really appreciated being able to bring our dog."

"A great spot for rest and relaxation. Everything you need and more was available in the kitchen. The massive deck was where we spent most of our time unwinding after exploring the local islands by bike. The fire pit as well as the kayak were appreciated as well. "

"Though the house was nice and pretty much what we expected, there was no information about staying there. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming. We went to the beach that we think we were allowed at but we didn't know because there was no information about it."

"We found the cabin to be all that we needed for our trip to North Hero. Our purpose was to visit our niece and her family who live in the area with our newest family member who was born in July. The location of the cabin and all its amenities was within walking distance to their home. The lake was beautiful and the scenic vistas in every direction were lovely. Sunrise to Sunset. Thank you! "
