A fantastic stay! We really enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options. Also very quiet considering its proximity to the highway and airport. Even though it’s in Colchester, it’s only a 10 minute drive to Burlington which was great. Overall it was very enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Pillows were horrible. Beyond soft. Would be nice to get more than 1 shower towel for the 2 day stay. Especially since the room is only cleaned every 2nd day. How much do you need to save for higher profit? Sink was blocked so filled with water every use. How did the cleaning person not notice this??? Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Acoustics not great so heard everyone's door slam in the morning and night when they opened/closed. Staff were nice but Greg didn't have the greatest customer service. Called on way down so see if the room could be available a little earlier for 1:30 pm. Not terribly early. Greg reply was ask when you arrive. The point of the call was to prepare the room first if there is a room available. There are dozens of reasons to be able to give us the room early and only 1 reason not to give it to us early. Training would be a good idea for Greg.

Breakfast included was the best we ever had in the U.S. Person overseeing breakfast was always available and restocked all the time. Staff was friendly especially the second shift receptionist. Property was somewhat dated especially in bathroom with shower shelves sticking out in odd places.

There’s a popular coffee shop within walking distance. The hotel is just minutes from the interstate & the UVM campus. Great location. The gym was an added bonus.

Bathroom was clean and updated. Comfy bed. The lady that ran the breakfast area was super! Very friendly and accommodating. The rug in our room needs to be replaced. It’s icky. Also, room service posted that they were coming by every other day, but they never came.

The carpet was stained and pretty gross. The toilet paper holder fell apart. The door into the room would not seal, air could be seen. The sink in the bathroom was tiny. The toilet was so low it was painful to sit down and get up.
