"A great spot for rest and relaxation. Everything you need and more was available in the kitchen. The massive deck was where we spent most of our time unwinding after exploring the local islands by bike. The fire pit as well as the kayak were appreciated as well. "

"The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. "

"The house was amazing. Stayed the weekend to do college visits with my daughter. The house had everything we needed and more. The house was so clean, beds comfy and the hot tub was an amazing way to just relax and enjoy the beautiful views of lake Champlain. Kitchen was stocked great for any meals we made.
