"I spent a few days which allowed me to spend quality time with my grandson and daughter which was more enjoyable because my fur baby was able to travel with me. Was not able to connect to WiFi however I did not feel that was a big deal as my intention was to enjoy my time with family. I would definitely stay here again"

"Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock...

"Great location. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Used it as a base for day hiking trips. Very clean. Nice fire pit. Was able to cook. Bathroom set up is different but fine. Owner was very responsive. Id stay here again with no issues."

"First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. Spiders all over the place. Beach was beautiful and overall the place was very peaceful but the shower we didn’t use because we didn’t trust the water. Not a place I would take a child under 7. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was comfortable, secluded, peaceful, charming and nice and simple. Totally chilled out and relaxed in the pleasant and beautiful lakeside retreat. Did some kayaking and swimming...Had a bonfire.. Did some site seeing...Don't miss Ausable Chasm and Texas Red Hots (2miles north). The owners, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Grounds were clean. Brought our dog, Zoey and she enjoyed it too. The getaway we needed. Thank you"

"The house is rustic but well-appointed. Very beutiful lake view and easy into to Burlington and over to Plattsburgh. We took the house for our daughters graduation and we wanted a place to host a cookout for her friends. Badmitten and kayaking. Worked out great. Only nit is that you are encouraged not to drink the water out of the tap so bringing bottled water is a part of the deal."

"Though the house was nice and pretty much what we expected, there was no information about staying there. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming. We went to the beach that we think we were allowed at but we didn't know because there was no information about it."

"We found the cabin to be all that we needed for our trip to North Hero. Our purpose was to visit our niece and her family who live in the area with our newest family member who was born in July. The location of the cabin and all its amenities was within walking distance to their home. The lake was beautiful and the scenic vistas in every direction were lovely. Sunrise to Sunset. Thank you! "
