Very clean, comfortable beds and tiny but well equipped kitchen allowed us to eat many meals on the porch listening to lake and taking in the colors. The hosts are very attentive and amiable. "Our hostess promised a luxurious stay and she certainly delivered one! The apartment is very tasteful, and the sheets, blankets, towels and many pillows were all incredibly soft and luxurious. The location is two blocks from the downtown. We used white noise because of a few passing cheerful students on Fri / Sat nights, But otherwise it was a peaceful spot. Would stay there again easily."

"We enjoyed our time here. Peaceful setting with beautiful views all around. Fun to look out back and see the goats and chickens! A little more on the rustic side, but we expected that. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and supplies were provided. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Great base for exploring Lake Champlain Islands. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly when we contacted them. If you’re looking for a country retreat experience, this is it!"

"Initially picked the property because we wanted someplace walkable. End up renting a car but the location still worked out. Comfortable and well maintained. Five adults. The door requires a code entry. There was no explanation given regarding how to operate this. We figured it out, but it took a few minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Though the house was nice and pretty much what we expected, there was no information about staying there. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming. We went to the beach that we think we were allowed at but we didn't know because there was no information about it."

"We found the cabin to be all that we needed for our trip to North Hero. Our purpose was to visit our niece and her family who live in the area with our newest family member who was born in July. The location of the cabin and all its amenities was within walking distance to their home. The lake was beautiful and the scenic vistas in every direction were lovely. Sunrise to Sunset. Thank you! "
