However, we were ripped off by the person who manned the front desk for $100 on a two night stay & an extra charge of $37 that she claimed was a clerical mistake on another 1 night stay. "The casita was exactly as described, and even better! It had beautiful views, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a fine hot tub that was good and warm at 20 degrees, and a snow event. The owner answered every text and message promptly and even volunteered to find us some help when our vehicle broke down! "We spent a week at Villas de Santa Fe and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking to the Plaza or to drive to area destinations. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The only reason for the 4 for condition was that the bathroom sink needed to be unclogged. It was very slow. Otherwise everything was in good working order. The free laundry was a wonderful perk. "
