"My wife and I only had 1 night in Santa Fe, were seeing a show at the Lensic. But the La Fonda was perfect in terms of location to the old plaza, shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again."

"We are locals and stayed here for the weekend. We loved that they are very pet friendly. Walking distance to plaza with many options for dining, nightlife or nature walks only 2-10 min walks all around downtown. Carefully thought out things like reusable water pouches and filling station. Great made to order breakfast included. "We had a wonderful one-night stay. Staff was very friendly and responsive to all of our needs. Location just off the Square was ideal. Valet parking kept our car and belongings safe in their garage and was included in the price."

"The location, the grounds and the lovely Staab House bar were the best things about the stay. Our king bed fireplace room was fine but very small. Plastic cups in the bathroom and paper cups for the a espresso felt a bit like a typical budget hotel, not a luxury resort. There was an industrial motor/humming sound much of the night in our room. On the bright side, we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves on February 1! Every staff person was excellent— friendly and helpful. "
